Please note that for safety reasons, certain technical climbing equipment and personalized items are final sale.

Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and documentation is included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or bring it to one of our retail storefronts.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
